Create a seamless interaction point for all Andrews customers, from online and in-branch registrants to first-time visitors.
Building on the directive to make the experience ‘transparent’, both the members’ section and public-facing area were completely overhauled, from user experience to design to front-end build. The website offered multiple tools for buyers, sellers, renters and letters, presented in a user friendly and meticulous manner. For sellers and letters, it allowed them to track and analyse their listings, valuations and offers, as well as manage viewings and documents. Meanwhile buyers and renters were able to track properties, arrange viewings and make offers. In addition, the site had to be visually appealing, reflecting their new branding while conforming to the latest web standards.
